
Aug 13, 2016- Micromax, one of the biggest Indian brands in the smartphone industry, has launched a new premium segment mobile phone, the Canvas Q465.
Pashupati Trade Link, the authorised distributor of Micromax in Nepal, said that with the new mobile set, it aims to over-deliver in the market.
The smartphone comes with a premium price tag of Rs16,236 in the domestic market, according to the company.
The device is powered by a 1.3 GHz Quad-core Spreadtrum processor and features 2 GB RAM. It has a 5.1-inch HD display with a resolution of 720x1280 pixels.
It comes with a high-resolution 8 mega pixel primary camera with autofocus and a front-facing 5 mega pixel camera for selfies. The Canvas Q465 is equipped with a 3,900 mAh battery.
“As the phone is built with a sturdy 1.3 GHz Quad-core processor, one can rest assured that it is one of the best phones to own which will undoubtedly run fast and smooth, the company said in a press statement.
The most awaited smartphone from Micromax runs on Android Lollipop 5.1 operating system. The sensors on the phone include proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, accelerometer and gyroscope.
“It comes loaded with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB ROM which is expandable up to 32 GB through a micro SD card,” said the company. Also, the phone’s removable battery gives 700 hours of standby and 35 hours of talk time.
It supports 3G and 4G networks with dual micro SIM support.
